1. Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and X Networks LLC, a Florida, USA company ("we", "us"), which runs AllTickd at alltickd.com, the installable AllTickd app and the AllTickd Chrome extension (together, "AllTickd"). By using AllTickd you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

2. Accounts and families

• Grown-up accounts sign in with Google. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create a family or hold a grown-up account.
• AllTickd is currently invite-only: a family member who is already in can invite you by email.
• Parents can create kid accounts. If you create one, you confirm you are that child's parent or legal guardian, you consent to us storing the information described in the privacy policy for them, and you're responsible for how they use AllTickd.
• Keep access to your devices and Google account safe. Kid sign-in codes are one-time and short-lived: only give them to your own kids. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Your content

What you put in AllTickd (lists, items, notes) stays yours. You give us permission to store, copy and display it only as needed to run AllTickd for you and the people you share it with, for example syncing it to their devices and sending the reminders and emails you set up. You're responsible for what you add and who you share it with.

4. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• use AllTickd for anything illegal, or to harass, threaten or harm anyone;
• store content you don't have the right to, or anything that exploits or endangers children;
• try to get into accounts or lists that aren't yours, probe or break the security of the service, or overload it (including with automated scripts or scraping);
• resell AllTickd, or copy or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules or puts other people or the service at risk. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to get a copy of your data.

5. Reminders and notifications

We work hard to deliver reminders on time, but notifications depend on your device, its settings, battery saving, your internet connection and third-party push services. Don't rely on AllTickd as the only reminder for anything critical to health, safety, medication, money or legal deadlines.

6. Price and changes to the service

AllTickd is free during the beta. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever introduce paid plans, we'll tell you clearly in advance and you'll never be charged without agreeing first. If we decide to shut AllTickd down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your lists.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using AllTickd at any time. To delete your account and data, email [email protected] as described in the privacy policy.

8. Disclaimers

AllTickd is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data will never be lost. Please keep anything truly irreplaceable somewhere else as well.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, X Networks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of AllTickd. Our total liability for any claim about AllTickd is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for AllTickd in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally. We'd always rather sort things out directly first: email us.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using AllTickd after that, the new terms apply.
